The location is great , our room was a decent size and clean.

− The furniture is very dated. And with just small upgrades could really be much improved. Spare key was broken - so staff couldn’t access room to clean if we were not present to let them in. Slight inconvenience. Kitchen is a Wendy house on the side…. Also a bit misplaced. Bed is a 3 quarter and too small for the room. But it was comfortable.

Waste of time and money

Nothing, we didn't stay for the entire reservation, we left after our first night. (For your reference, it was supposed to be 15 days)

− We had a very bad experience in this accommodation, and it is important to share the reality to prevent other travelers from experiencing the same disappointment. We come from very far away and had planned to stay there for 15 days. As soon as we arrived, we understood that the accommodation had nothing to do with the photos in the ad. The apartment is poorly maintained, far from the clean and modern image presented on Booking. The cleanliness was not acceptable: several pieces of equipment were dirty, and we even found mold in the cupboard, which represents a real health risk. Photos should clearly show each cottage, separately, so the guest knows what they are actually booking. Instead, photos are mixed between different cottages, which is misleading and gives a false impression of the accommodation booked. The Wi-Fi cut out every few seconds, impossible to work, even though my wife works remotely. The fridge was so small that it couldn't even cool or store our food, making it impossible to organize a long stay. The curtains provide no privacy (either the entire interior is visible from the outside, or the room is plunged into complete darkness). The soundproofing is non-existent: we heard everything from the neighbors and they heard us too. And a dog upstairs was making noise our first evening and then very early in the morning, with the floor creaking with every step, resting was impossible. Concerning the reception, we never had direct contact with the owner, neither on arrival nor on departure. Given these conditions, we were forced to leave the next day, after only one night, and to urgently book new accommodation to continue our stay under normal conditions. Despite this, the owner refuses any refund, even partial, even though we did not stay in this accommodation. It is total bad faith to treat travelers like this who paid for 15 days in accommodation that had nothing to do with what was advertised.
