Great family stay in the heart of the City
10.0A beautifully spacious home with a fully kitted kitchen and all the appliances you need. The large bedrooms make it incredibly comfortable, and while it’s set on a quiet street, it’s still close to everything in and around town making it easy to get around.
− The property has one bathroom by design, which may be a bit challenging for larger families but is manageable with some planning.
This was the worst experience for my family.
1.0− The place from outside as you enter the premises looked very much unkept with overgrown trees and grass/shrubs. The inside was dusty and had a foul smell like a place that is not ventilated enough. We never slept as the place is haunted. We experienced a presence of an entity. We were so exhausted as we couldn't sleep and called the owner the following morning to inform him that we couldn't stay the full duration and had left in the early hours of the morning to sleep in our car. We asked for atleast 50% of our money and he refused stating that Booking.Com does not allow that. We are now in the process of seeking a Legal Consultation against both the owner and Booking.Com as we lost about R7000 in this trip due to this accommodation.

8.0Very spacious, comfortable and practical.
− Small issues - not serious: ironing board broken, cooking pan base bent and scoured. I replaced the remote's batteries to get aircon working. Some lights' bulbs out.

6.0The area is quiet and safe There was always hot water available The linen was clean and the room was clean Easy check in
− The tv wasn't working. Reported it to the owner but didn't get much assistance. I was a solo traveller so having a functioning tv would have been nice. I found 3 old dirty looking tebags that looked like they have been sitting there for months. No outside sitting area No cleaning supplies like they mentioned
