− No Hot water Tap in the Kitchen--Had to boil water in the kettle..Kitchen was a converted walk in clothes closet and partial used for storage. As the unit is attached to the main house, house noises could be heard. Unit is in a residential area and the neighbor dogs where not conducive to a relaxing atmosphere.
