1.0− If the owner didn’t decide to take my money then cancel my booking and Iv sent numerous e mails regarding this with no reply so I still haven’t been refunded ! She cancelled on me last minute was extremely rude via e mails ! AVOID at all costs ! Still waiting on my refund Iv never met this owner but definitely AVOID it’s not worth the hassle !!
HORRIBLE, SCAM!
1.0− SCAM! The owner charged a 100-pound deposit before our arrival. After leaving the place spotless, I asked about the deposit. What followed was two months of back and forth with the owner saying the deposit was being sent and it was the fault of another organization. However, the money never came. Despite this fact, our stay was bad. There was no wifi, and the owner did not respond to our message asking for help. The place also did not have hand soap in the bathroom, so we had to purchase our own. I understand you get what you pay for but this was worse than that.
