8.0Schöne große Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Netter Vermieter. Meiner Meinung nach kann man hier nichts verkehrt machen.
− Bis auf nen "Wilden Vorgarten" war nichts zu bemängeln.

Für kurze Zeuten okay, sonst lieber etwas anderes.
4.0Gute Lage, insgesamt angenehme Größe, sauber.
− Die Angaben der Annince stimmen nicht so ganz. Der Whirlpool war defekt, der TV hatte im Verhältnis zum Abstand zum Sofa ein Briefmarkenformat, es stand eine ynespressomaschine bereit samt Preisliste für Kapseln - nur gab es keine Kapseln. Die Einbauküche hat auch schon bessere Zeiten hinter sich, wir haben uns angesichts des Zustands nicht getraut, alle Türen zu öffnen. Insgesamt sind man der Wohnung das Alter an. Für ein, zwei Nächte reicht es, aber nicht für den erholsamen Urlaub.
Für eine Nacht ohne Ansprüche- o.k.
5.0Gute Lage in einem Wohngebiet
− Die Wohnung sieht aus, als wäre gerade ein Fußballfan ausgezogen. Viel "Gerümpel" in den Schränken, Mikrofaserbettwäsche. Badewanne defekt. Waschmaschine vorhanden aber auch defekt. Kontakt zum Hausbewohner Parterre, aber keine Ahnung, ob DAS die Vermieterin ist. Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit in einem Schuppen. Alles sehr unpersönlich.
