4.0− Trellydoor rusted disaster. Front door lock stuck sometimes. Front door stuck on tiles. Kitchen cupboard rotten smel+handle was lying on floor. Zink drain rotter. Vanity cupboard .rotten . Basin drain block .Bathroom light switches stuck.
