2.0Good location, plenty of parking, nicely decorated.
− Check in at 3pm arrived at 3:15pm to entrance door wide open, floor had not been swept or mopped, there was a bandaid stuck to the floor, hair in the fridge, crumbs on floor, and dust thick enough i could write on. The cleaning lady came in said the girl must have forgot, and that if we had somewhere to go she would take care of it. Arrived back that evening the kitchen and living room floors had been halfway cleaned but that was about it. Multiple lights were missing lightbulbs or they just didn’t work. Now after all that I messaged the property owner to make them aware since it was the cleaning people fault for not cleaning appropriately. Here is what is absolutely rediculous… when we went to go to bed there was HAIRS all in the bottom two rooms beds, no sheets to change them out and I had been blocked from messaging the property manager, and it was too late to check into a hotel since we had to be on campus for my daughter orientation at 8am.
