5.0I like the fact that it's near by the beach. And the owner was easy to communicate with him at any time you expirincing a problem.
− The lady security was having an bad attitude on our arrival. The roo. Was not perfectly clean worse the dishes and inside cobourds. The lift was not working on Saturday and Sunday. We found the place without electricity and the owner sent it, on Saturday electricity was finished and we have to call the owner again.

1.0Nothing.it was very disappointing.
− The place shouldn’t be listed on booking.com. The room smells as soon as you walk in, you get welcomed by a cracked glass table right by the entrance. There was no electricity and when we called the host he didn’t pick up only after three calls. There’s no WiFi,broken shower doors and everything smelled like it hasn’t been cleaned for years. It was a very unpleasant stay. Never going back there’s with my family.

− Everything... BAD... BAD.. DISASTER is not a good Place at all.. Nothing works at that apartment.. A mere tissues paper in the toilet nothing.. COCOROACHES when you walk in they welcome you first. No one in the thr reception that place differently worked perfectly during 2012 because now 2026 its a disaster.. Families already living there with their families that's not a place for a weekend gateway.. GO THRRE IS YOU NEED A PLACE TO STAY PERMANENTLY ITS A KAK PLACE MXM... WHOEVER IN in charge of that place ke MASEPA a Motho..

4.0− The building seems to be neglected as I knew it as one of the beautiful places in Port Shepstone. My room was on the 5th floor. the lift was not working. i had to walk for 5 floors to reach the unit while carrying luggage. When reaching the place, I discovered that the unit has no power. the table glass has a crack, and the unit has an unpleasant smell. I phone the owner and I took a decision to leave the unit and look for the other place. I was really disappointed. waste of time and money.
