The stay was okay but the treatment was very bad.
6.0What we liked the apartment itself. It was clean, spacious, well-maintained, and in a great location. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a lovely place to stay which made our experience with the host even more disappointment. The host was very rude and unprofessional.
− The host was extremely rude and disrespectful in our interaction after we checked out. She falsely accused us of having a party when we were simply celebrating the Springboks win by playing music from the tv. She would not listen to my explanation, repeatedly interrupted me and even threatened to block me. Her behavior was unprofessional and we felt unfairly judged and disrespected. The way she handled the situation was unfair, even though apologized if we made a noise but she wouldn't listen.

− The second bathroom was not cleaned properly had mould on the sealing. The other bedroom do not have windows and it had a nasty smell
