An Exceptional Family Retreat with Outstanding Hospitality
8.0We really enjoyed . The highlight of my experience was the warm hospitality from the staff, especially Ms Kgomotso, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.The security gave us peace of mind throughout our stay, and the property was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I also appreciated the family oriented setup, which created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere . Thank you to the team for making our stay so memorable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean, near most entertainment facilities and family friendly getaway, and I look forward to visiting again.

− Refund process needs to change to mitigate foreign currency exchange losses for clients. This is specific to tourists or locals who pay for the security deposit using a foreign currency card. I made this suggestion the last time I stayed at the CAG, and I strongly appeal to management to consider the request. Secondly, Booking.com did not honour the complementary Airport Transfer. This is completely wrong and unacceptable.
