1.0− My experience was extremely disappointing. Despite informing the host in advance that I would be arriving before 9:00 PM and paying an additional €20 late check-in fee, the check-in process was poorly managed. The address provided on Booking.com was incorrect, forcing me to call the host for directions. After reaching the correct location and informing him of my arrival, I still had to wait around 15 minutes for him to show up. Charging guests for a late check-in while making them wait is difficult to justify. When I politely questioned the situation, the host became aggressive and confrontational instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, some of his words were discriminatory and racist. The way I was spoken to made me feel deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome. I reported the incident to Booking.com, but the host denied everything. The room was also a major disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos on the listing. It was much smaller than expected, the shower was extremely narrow, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and both the refrigerator and the air conditioning were noisy throughout the stay, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Guests should also be aware that the advertised €150 security deposit is charged to your card rather than simply pre-authorized. Although it was refunded two days after check-out, I found such a high deposit excessive given the standard of the accommodation and its furnishings. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. I have since learned that other guests have also raised concerns about this host's behavior. If you experience similar treatment, I encourage you to report it to Booking.com so that they can review the matter appropriately and, where warranted, take any necessary action. Guests deserve accurate listings, respectful treatment, and accommodations that meet reasonable expectations.
We spent four days and it was amazing. Shops restaurants and adventures were all close bye.
