3.0− Υπήρχε πολύ έντονη και ενοχλητική δυσοσμία από το σιφόνι και το ψυγείο. Επιπλέον, αν και είχα ενημερώσει ότι είμαι φοιτήτρια και έρχομαι για την εξεταστική μου, δεν είχα καμία προειδοποίηση για ένα γνωστό πρόβλημα της γειτονιάς. Η γειτόνισσα έκανε ασταμάτητη φασαρία μέχρι τα ξημερώματα (φωνές, βρισιές, χτυπήματα θυρών), με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορέσω ούτε να διαβάσω ούτε να κοιμηθώ. Θεωρώ ότι η ειλικρινής ενημέρωση για τη φασαρία ήταν απαραίτητη, ειδικά από τη στιγμή που είχα αναφέρει τον σκοπό του ταξιδιού μου.
