All of is really enjoyed our stay. Calm, spacious and beautiful property
10.0It is a really spacious house with nicely decorated interior. Looks just like on photos. I loved big bedrooms with comfortable beds. Private bathroom in every room was just what we needed.

4.0We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is modern and clean.
− The apartment was a disappointment. The mattresses on the beds are completely through. It’s nice to have a double bed, but we were all lying in our own ditch, resulting in a sour back in the morning, not in the evening after skiing the slopes! In the house rules kindly asks people to separate their trash. I think it's reasonable to ensure that we, as guests, can also dispose of this separated waste. The trash bins at the front of the apartment complex were overflowing and smelly. There was no bin for organic waste, and we had to take our own glass to the bottle bank (4 km away). The house rules did, however, subtly mention that failure to separate waste could result in a fine. Speaking of odors: the house doesn't have an extractor hood over the cooking plate. Here too, the house rules require the house to be ventilated, by us as guests, twice a day. The description on Booking.com promises an apartment with a sauna and a fireplace. It doesn’t say that you can’t access the sauna from apartment Glucksthaler 1 or that you have to pay €30 for one night worth of firewood… The price we paid for the apartment would have been reasonable and in line with the market if the above points had been taken care of. Now, I can only conclude that the stay was disappointing and we will definitely look for a suitable alternative in the future.
