9.0Lage, Unterkunft, Parkplatz. Aussatttung der Wohnung.
− Das 2.te Badezimmer ist zum Gegensatz zur EGWohnung nicht mit einer Wand vom Schlafzimmer abgetrennt. Parkmöglichkeit, gerade wenn alle 3 Wohnungen belegt sind, muss genau festgelegt werden. Internet, gerade beim TV (Mediathek) könnte besser sein.
Großzügige Unterkunft in Top-Lage, kleine Abstriche beim Bad und der Waschmaschine
8.0Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für große Gruppen oder Familien geeignet – bis zu 8 Personen finden hier problemlos Platz. Besonders das riesige Wohnzimmer und der große Esstisch haben uns begeistert. Auch die Lage ist top: In nur 2 Minuten ist man direkt im Ortszentrum. Absolut empfehlenswert!
− Weniger gut fanden wir, dass in einem Schlafzimmer Dusche und Toilette integriert sind – ohne Tür und mit kaum Ablage- oder Aufhängemöglichkeiten. Außerdem teilt man sich die Waschmaschine mit den anderen beiden Wohnungen im Haus, was etwas unpraktisch war.
