10.0Location was fantastic, communication with the host was excellent. Off street parking, fantastic amenities within house excellent. Quiet location and easy walking distance to town. 10 min drive to parking for the F1 Grand Prix.

10.0Fijn en goed uitgerust appartement, dichtbij het centrum van Spa. Vriendelijke host en handige sleuteloverdracht; de communicatie ging online en verliep prima.
We vonden het een heel fijn appartement
9.0Het is een mooi en groot appartement met twee slaapkamers, een keuken en een grote woonkamer. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Het appartement is gunstig gelegen aan de rand van het centrum, met een mooi uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en een van de slaapkamers.
− Het enige minpunt was dat het in de slaapkamers erg warm was tijdens ons verblijf in de zomer. De twee slaapkamers zijn op de bovenste verdieping onder het dak en er is geen buitenzonwering.

10.0The appartement is very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The location is fantastic- walking distance to the town center but also to beautiful walking destinations. The parking next to the house is great and spacious enough for 2 cars.

9.0Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen großzügig geschnitten und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über eine komplette, moderne Küche. Die Lage ist ruhig und das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein eigener Parkplatz fürs Auto ist ebenso vorhanden. Das i-Tüpfelchen war jedoch das "Willkommenspaket" mit Wein, Mineralwasser, Gebäck und Kaffeepads.
