Mooie ligging, mooi oud huis, goed ingericht, primalocatie
8.0Pluspunten: Er is airconditioning aanwezig in zowel de slaapkamer als de woonkamer, wat in Kroatië niet altijd gebruikelijk is. Hierdoor kun je ’s nachts comfortabel en koel slapen. Daarnaast beschikt de woning over een vaatwasser en een wasmachine. De keuken is zeer compleet uitgerust, waardoor je er uitstekend kunt koken. Er is zelfs een oven! Terras aan de voorkant- onder de olijvenboom is fantastisch! Aandachtspunt: Opvallend is dat er in de keuken geen warm water beschikbaar is. De badkamer is van redelijk formaat. Er is prima douche en genoeg warm water (boiler).
− Er waren veel mieren aanwezig. De verhuurder heeft geprobeerd dit te verhelpen, maar de bestrijding had slechts gedeeltelijk effect. Daarnaast vond er gedurende vier dagen een volleybaltoernooi plaats met aanzienlijke geluidsoverlast tot diep in de nacht (ongeveer 4.00 uur). De verhuurder kon hier in principe niets aan doen, maar het is wel iets dat vermeld kan worden, zodat gasten weten dat er soms verstorende evenementen plaatsvinden. De woning deelt de voortuin/het plaatsje aan de voorkant met de buren. Wij hadden de pech dat er een gezin met vier kleine kinderen verbleef, wat redelijk wat geluidsoverlast veroorzaakte. Bovendien is de geluidsisolatie tussen de woningen onderling niet goed, waardoor geluiden van buren ’s nachts duidelijk hoorbaar zijn. Al met al is het een fantastische locatie als je er alleen verblijft (of zonder lawaaiige buren) en er geen activiteiten of evenementen in het dorp zijn die geluidsoverlast veroorzaken.

− Stopnice v nadstropje so zelo strme, zato verjetni niso primerne za starejše ljudi, a nas to ni motilo.
