10.0It is located at a convenient location which is just about 5 mins by trams from the Bern train central station. The property is cleaned and well maintained.
− The common washing machine downstair is abit tricky for the first time user.

9.0Location is good, it took less than 10 minutes tram to the the main station. The pillow in the guest room was super comfortable. It was the most comfortable pillow I have ever. I took a photo of the brand and tried to buy one back home. Unfortunately, I could not find this model.
