Perfect base for a relaxing stay near Nelson
9.0We loved staying at Country Retreats on Ranzau while exploring the Nelson and Abel Tasman area. The house is perfectly set up with three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with laundry, and an open kitchen/dining/living space in the middle. Everything was new and worked well! We didn't make use of the pool, but it would be great in the summertime.
− This didn't bother us, but it's not the most private place to stay, as several houses are set up right next to each other. The location isn't very walkable either, but by car it's super accessible.

Perfect 3 bedroom in Nelson.
10.0This cottage is perfect for a stay in Nelson. It is a beautiful, quiet, location in 5 mins from Richmond and on the Great Taste Trail. It is very well equipped with everything you need and super warm and cosy. We were there in the winter so didn’t utilise the pool, but we could see that the pool and bbq provided on the deck would be perfect in the warmer months. If we come back to Nelson we will stay here again.

9.0The hosts have thought of everything possible, awesome to turn up to a clean warm room. The room had everything we needed . Nice quiet location, loved the refreshments / chocolates and free range eggs on arrival.

9.0Very comfortable, great space. We liked the complimentary snacks and drinks left :) the pool was everyone’s favourite. The bbq was very useful too.
− The oven being a gas cooker made food take a little longer to cook but other than that very good.
