Disappointingly inadequate at the price
4.0Central location. Good shower. The proprietor’s prompt replies to questions and complaints. Perhaps the free parking space? (I had no car.)
− The apartment’s styling itself ‘stylish’. Perhaps in relation to places in Leeds charging 20% less but not for what I was charged and for what I found. The general meanness in provision. The absence, for instance, of a tea towel and cleaning pad for doing the washing up. The unwashed glasses in the dishwasher. The dark grubby little rug in the center of the living area.

− No security on the windows so couldn't open them so really hot in the apartment
good location for town.
8.0bed was comfortable, great to have parking. location was okay.
− It was a bit complicated to get into parking and apartment as had many padlocks, even though the parking should have been secure as had lockable gates people kept leaving gates open and a homeless person was living near the bins. there was no freezer even just a small ice box would have done, towels had seen better days and also very small. needed black out curtains in bedroom. couldnt open window as on a main road and was very noisy.

− Just the noise from the outer door opening and closing. We kept thinking someone was trying our apartment door.

10.0The location is excellent and, although near Town, it was very quiet (even though City were playing!). There was everything that helped make the stay easy (washing up liquid, loo rolls etc) and we didn't use the parking but it's great to know it's there for the future. Communication with the Host was excellent, they messaged when they said they would and left us nice feedback when we left!
