Sehr schönes Ambiente, aber leider mit Einschränkungen
6.0Die Wohnung ist sehr groß unnd hochwertig ausgestattet, Garten und Terrasse sind traumhaft, die Lage im Zentrum von Edam perfekt. Auch die Parksituation ist gut. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Eingangsbereich sicher abstellen. Im Kühlschrank waren Erfrischungsgetränke, und es gab Süßigkeiten und Kaffee-und Teezubehör. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein High-tec-Ventilator. Außerdem liegt Info-Material bereit. Sehr schön ist auch das Glockenspiel der nahegelegenen Kirche.
− Es gab keinerlei Kochgelegenheit und das wurde unserer Meinung nach nicht deutlich genug kommuniziert. Im Filter bei der Suche haben wir nämlich "Küche" eingegeben und es wurde uns diese Wohnung vorgeschlagen. Eine Ferienwohnung ohne Herd o.ä. haben wir in unserer langjährigen Erfahrung noch nie erlebt, und deshalb waren wir negativ überrascht. Der KI-Chat, der Fragen beantwortet, verspricht außerdem: Zitat: "eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die den Gästen zur Verfügung steht. Dies ermöglicht Ihnen, Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten". Abgesehen davon ist auch die in der Beschreibung definitiv aufgeführte Mikrowelle nicht vorhanden. In der Dusche fehlt eine Ablagemöglichkeit für Duschgel, Seife, Shampoo etc. im Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Nachttischlampen und keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe. Es gibt auch nur eine gemeinsame Bettdecke, was nicht jeder mag. Die winzige Toilette ist nicht belüftet. Für TV-Gerät und Dusche brauchten wir eine Einführung durch den Vermieter, aber das lag vermutlich an unserer Unbedarftheit. Da die Wohnung doch relativ hochpreisig ist, waren wir nicht hundertprozentig zufrieden.

10.0A place right in the heart of Edam, yet incredibly peaceful, comfortable, and clean. It features a delightful backyard and is decorated exactly as it should be, offering a cozy atmosphere where you can truly feel at home. If you arrive by car, you can easily find a parking spor nearby. It’s located close to supermarkets and cafes, making it extremely easy to reach anywhere the moment you step out the door. Our host Dennis has thought of everything on your behalf and is incredibly helpful. Thank you so much! I would absolutely love to come back again!
