Toller Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigung
9.0Das helle, saubere und (dank Schallschutzfenstern) ruhige Appartement ist nahe der Fußgängerzone gelegen und auch verschiedene andere Ziele in der Stadt, z.B. Dom, Parks, Theater, vorgelagerte Inseln lassen sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Vorreservierung eines Stellplatzes in der Tiefgarage hat gut geklappt. Genau wie die gesamte Online-Kommunikation mit dem ULEABO-Team vor und während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir wurden auch sehr kurzfristig darüber informiert, dass das Code-Schloss der Haustür defekt ist und wie wir an den Schlüssel in einer Smart-Box gelangen können. Hilfreich waren die Fotos. Vielen Dank dem Team! 😃
− Die Aufteilung der Fläche ist nicht optimal. Das Bad ist etwas eng. Das Teil unter der Seifenablage an der Duschstange ist verschmutzt (ist aus durchsichtiger Plaste und es sieht aus, als hätten sich dort Haare u.a. Schmutz innen angesammelt), so dass dies unschön aussieht. Das Teil sollte gewechselt werden. Der Küchenteil ist nicht sehr groß, wer also richtig kochen möchte, muss sich etwas "dünn machen". Einiges Geschirr ist angeschlagen, was nicht schlimm ist, dem schönen Gesamteindruck wie o.g. leider Abbruch tut. Der einzige verfügbare Kleiderschrank rechts ist leider von der Tiefe her recht klein im Verhältnis zum Gesamtschrank. Trotz dieser Punkte ist es ein empfehlenswertes Appartement für einige Tage. 😃
