Gepflegte Unterkunft in guter Lage
7.0Insgesamt saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft. Das Umfeld war ansprechend. Alles gut fußläufig erreichbar, sei es ein Supermarkt, Deogerie, Café, Bars oder die Kiellinie. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt eine gute Wahl. Unkomplizierter Check In über den Schlüsselkasten und freundlicher Vermieter!
− Das Geschirr und die Töpfe waren von den Vormietern nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht worden, da hätte ich mich gefreut, die Utensilien sofort einsatzbereit vorzufinden. Ebenso kommt aus der Duschbrause nur ein schmaler Strahl raus, da der Rest verkalkt ist. Da könnte man nachbessern. Wer es zum Schlafen dunkel braucht, wird dort nicht so gut nächtigen. Es gibt zwar Innenrollos, aber es ist nach Sonnenaufgang taghell im Raum. Für mich wäre es für einen erholsamen längeren Aufenthalt deshalb nicht das richtige.

− Migliorerei solo la parte antistante la porta d'ingresso, pianerottolo, lo renderei più luminoso e metterei una targa identificativa più visibile.
