Très belle station balnéaire, un logement très agréable, le seul bémol les odeurs de gaz !!!
8.0La possibilité de garer une voiture à l’intérieur de la cour de la maison avec un portail fermé La proximité par rapport à la mer au centre ville : restaurant super marché
− Rejet des gaz de la chaudière qui remonte directement dans l’appartement situé à l’étage, impossible de déjeuner sur la terrasse lorsque la chaudière est utilisée par les autres allocataires Il faudrait prévoir de changer de place la bouche de sortie de la chaudière

− La salida de combustión de la caldera provoca un olor tremendo al lado de los bancos de piedra y la barbacoa .

9.0La ubicacion del apartamento es ideal, el tamaño perfecto. Disponer de parking propio es un lujo.
− La cocina tiene pocos utensilios y sería un detalle que dejasen bolsas de basura y papel higiénico para disponer de ello. No se incluye foto de las escaleras de acceso al apto de arriba. En nuestro caso viajamos con un niño pequeño y nos hubiese gustado conocer el acceso al apartamento antes de llegar allí.

− Pues casa sin productos de limpieza, pocos enchufes pareciendo una casa de hace 50 años, pones lavadora y vitro y salta termico (falta de potencia casi seguro) y luego que la foto de la pagina no se corresponde por fuera al estado actual. Ese jardín no está así sino dividido en 3 partes con verjas para 3 inquilinos diferentes.
