8.0המיקום מושלם. קרוב לבית הכנסת הגדול ולמסעדות הכשרות בגטו. המקום מספק מפתחות רגילים. חדר נקי לא מתאים ל2 זוגות אלא לזוג +1 ( מבחינת פרטיות לא מקומות לינה)
− קראו את המדריך לצ'ק אין יחסוך לכם חוויה של חדר בריחה לא מוצלח. כ 15 מדרגות עליה לחדר.

2.0After I got canceled from property in Rome at last minute, found this. Not in the most ideal area, but I was desperate last minute. As soon as we got there ,my friend took a shower and then no more hot water. Called the property management company- Design D- and rather than telling me they would send someone out- they sent me screenshots via WhatsApp of what the boiler looks like and where I might find it so I could send them information. Are you kidding me?!! I was going thru every cabinet in the kitchen, bathroom, and on the terrace. I had already been cancelled last minute from a Booking reservation and now I’m spending the rest of my day in Rome doing trouble shooting! They never offered to come out immediately. They had me going back and forth on WhatsApp to try to solve the issue. THIS WAS NOT MY JOB as a paying customer. Would NEVER recommend. Next time staying at a hotel. Totally ruined 2 days in Rome. Too much time going back and forth with this property management. They should have just come out. Never again. And I blame Booking.com for not taking care of me since I booked thru them
− NO HOT WATER. Poor management. No outlet for the hairdryer in bathroom that was proper for a hairdryer for the few showers we got-had to find a compatible outlet and dry hair in the kitchen , not easy to assess., many stairs. Biggest thing was really poor management on the lack of knowing where the boiler was and “pressure “ in the boiler. They acted like that was my problem to find when no hot water and i was left to send them information. Would never recommend and blame Booking.com for this also

10.0L'appartement était propre, grand et éclairé. Il est très bien aménagé et super bien placé en plein cœur du ghetto. Le mobilier aussi en très bon état. Les propriétaires sont super et très réactifs aux messages. On a adoré l'expérience !
