10.0The apartment is exceptionally cozy, comfortable and well-equipped, offering a captivating Italian atmosphere. The host's hospitality is unmatched; she is incredibly helpful and kind. Parking is free on the nearby street. The location is also brilliant: the nearest beach is just a five-minute walk away. A particular highlight was the nearby beach at Cecina, featuring a beautiful nature reserve along the coast.

9.0Квартира подходит для 6 человек, места много, два санузла. Хозяйка гостеприимная, отзывчивая. Много разной посуды. Чисто. Есть кондиционеры. Наличие авто приветствуется, так как без машины в этом регионе передвижение затруднено. Мы ездили на пляж, 5-7 минут на машине. Сам городок маленький, погулять на один вечер.
− Это скорее касается не этого объекта, а в целом правил сортировки мусора в Италии. Будьте готовы сортировать и запоминать когда, что выносить), от хозяйки в этом отношении были подсказки. Еще при открытых окнах очень слышен шум от дороги.

10.0Tutto. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Paola, la proprietaria, ci ha accolto come se fossimo di famiglia, facendoci sentire immediatamente a casa. La cura e l’attenzione che dedica a ogni dettaglio sono evidenti: tutto è stato pensato con amore, anche nelle piccole cose dell’arredamento, che contribuiscono a creare un ambiente accogliente e armonioso. Un luogo che riflette passione, gusto e ospitalità genuina. Torneremo sicuramente!

10.0We had a wonderful stay! The house is spotless, cozy, and very well located — close to everything we needed. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly kind and always available if we needed anything. We truly appreciated her warm welcome and attention to detail. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back someday!
