10.0El trato con el arrendatario es muy fluido y rápido. Cualquier incidencia se la comentas y la soluciona en breve. El acceso a la piscina con su horario de uso es respetado por toda la urbanización con lo que garantiza total tranquilidad en las horas de descanso. El tener plaza de parking techada cerca del apartamento es muy buena opción.
