5.0Hvis det blev vedligeholdt, ville det være et dejligt sted, men der er for mangler og absolut ikke handicap venligt. Balkonen er fin men det er alt for varmt til at gøre brug af den. Det ser rigtig dejligt ud, men absolut ikke funktionel. Der er skydelåger på hele vægen ved køkken og garderoben. Hvid man kommer til at lukke døren ind til opholdsrummet kan man ikke komme ind, der mangler et greb. Læderstolene er meget dårlige at sidde i. B Vandhanen i “køkken” meget løs og trænger virkelig til en afkalkning. Hvis man vælger at lave mad selv er det noget mørkt. Når sengen er slået ud, er den over en meter høj, der er en dog en lille trappestige til hjælp. Baderummet mangler virkelig også en ordentlig omgang rengøring, vandhanen trænger til afkalkning, bruseren ligeså. Der er skimmelsvamp i loftet. Det kommer vand ned fra loftet når det regner, toilettet var løst, hvilket resulterede tis på gulvet. Ved henvendelse til udlejer ville de have billeder of problemet, hvilket ikke er lejers problem, det skal jo bare løse.

10.0It was very cool and very clean. Lovely views from balcony in a very trendy location of Monti. The pictures are real you can see the colosseum from the balcony
− The light switches didn’t seem to work all the time and there is only Netflix no other channels
