1.0− As i did not have internet cover when we got to the apartment could not get email that was only sent with contact number that morning, had no choice but book another apt at large cost, very upsetting, have no luck trying to contact booking.com was advertised as hotel

− Mattress very soft to the uncomfortable level, only one set of towels for 2 weeks - good it was hot and was able to wash them.
