Beautiful apartment in a quiet location that needs more care from the owner
9.0The accommodation is excellent. It is located in a very quiet part, a group of houses where perhaps many retirees live = excellent peace and quiet in the evening. We appreciated the beautiful terrace for evening sitting, surrounded by greenery with a view of the courtyard. The apartment's equipment is excellent, everything you need. The old style is mixed with the new. The underground cold garage is excellent, especially in the summer. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation and will use it again on our trips to Austria.
− The minuses were only minor and did not interfere with the comfort of our stay. The small shortcomings were a bit unnecessary, which clearly showed that no one really cared about the apartment. Broken shower glass that was shaking, non-functional lamp in the room, loose door handles to the terrace, loose door stops, non-functional trash can, broken shower hose, withered flower on the terrace before deathetc. Amartmán is beautiful but deserves better care from the owner :) :) But these were small things that really shouldn't have affected her well-being.

8.0Location was great. The apartment size and features were also very good.
− I was disappointed in the parking garage arrangement. I don’t think this should be advertised as it is. Only small cars can use this space and it is difficult to get in and out of. We ended up putting out car on tbe street for one night. That was easier.
