Good value for money, convenient location and clean premise.
10.0Fantastic place walking distance to Beppu station with allotted parking. All necessary kitchen appliances were available including washing machine and clothes hanging rack. Large smart TV and comfortable 6 single beds.
− No scissors available. Lower drawer of the fridge was cracked.

Overall is okay.
7.0Great location, few minutes walks to Beppu Station. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.
− Too many steps to check in. Still using combination lock and key instead of digital ones. The hotel could not manage when there was someone parked in our private car park.
