10.0Everything was like described! The owner takes good care of the apartments. It was entirely clean , cozy and functional. The big plus is a parking lot with this apartment . Because it’s hard to find public parking at this city area . Tip : there is guest parking where you can park a car right after taking the key (very first time when you need to take private parking card from the apartment ) , the entrance is to the right of the entrance B1. First 10 minutes of guest parking is free , 1 hour costed 50 cents for me .
