9.0− La ducha iba fatal y apenas salía agua de ningún grifo Una estantería de la nevera estaba rota y al poner cosas se nos cayeron, los fuegos de la cocina estan viejos y nos se ven los numeros para poder cocinar

8.0Las zonas comunes en muy buen estado. La posibilidad de contar con aparcamiento dentro. Ambiente relajado, tranquilo. Poder usar la piscina en cualquier momento. Residentes muy respetuosos. Cercanía a zona comercial. Fácil acceso a la playa.
− Por reseñar algo: el aire del salón olía como a tabaco, aunque no se puede fumar. Una plancha tampoco vendría mal.

7.0La piscina es maravillosa, buen colchón, el aire acondicionado funciona genial y el personas es muy amable y simpático y siempre que los necesites están ahí para solucionarte si surge algún problema.
− La ducha tenía poca presión pero era un problema de la comunidad.

9.0El personal muy amable, atento y simpático. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cuidado y el acceso genial. Tenía todo lo necesario, cubiertos, sartenes, cafetera .... Etc para estar cómodo
− La única pega la presión del agua de la ducha era escasa, por lo demás genial.
