7.0Easy access to Evo Mall and nearby PKNS Bangi .
− The house needs better maintenance and a deep clean . Dust was noticeable on the sofa and furniture, the bathroom could be cleaner, and the wall paint needs attention . Also an unpleasant smell inside the house upon arrival .
