8.0Спальня, туалет, душ... дуже чисто. Прибиральниці респект.
− Насправді власник (будівельна компанія) лукавить і обманює на фото вам показують якби окрему квартиру. Насправді їх дві: одна окремі повноцінні апартаменти, а інша в який я жив вона має дві кімнати яки здаються окремо. Мені повезло я був майже один. Майже тому що постійно був майстер який щось ремонтував. Кухня це просто ...жах. Таке відчуття що меблі на кухні взяли з помийки і забули відремонтувати і помити. Посуд весь в різнобій. В посудомийні машини напевно хтось здох, брудна і зламана. Холодильник постійно відкривається. Витяжка постійно включена в не виключається, постійно гул. Задумка непогана вінтажна стара хата. Але треба щось вкласти щоб воно не виглядало непотребом.І да майстри по ремонту повинний приходити тоді коли нікого нема.

− Apartament w starej kamienicy wyodrębniony z jednego większego mieszkania. Duże ciężkie drzwi, bez żadnej izolacji dźwiękowej od korytarza. Okno w drzwiach przez które widać światło z korytarza i na odwrót. Te drzwi też są luźne - stukają jak jest ruch powietrza. Stare okna. Dziwny hałas(burczenie) zza ściany od strony kuchni. Komfort bardzo znikomy. Wejście do łazienki przez wysoki stopień. Trzeba uważać. Dodatkowo dziwne szklane drzwi do łazienki. Dostęp do apartamentu - trzeba pokonać 4 drzwi w każdym trzeba użyć innego kodu. Trzeba też pokonać ponurą klatkę schodową. Problem z miejscem parkingowym.
