10.0Очень светлая, теплая и уютная квартира недалеко от моря и в оживленном районе. Прекрасный вид на гору с террасы, расположенной на крыше. Очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин. Также понравилось, что в квартире были все принадлежности для ванны и в большом количестве, моющие средства, в том числе для посудомоечной машины. На кухне кроме всей необходимой кухонной утвари была соль, винный уксус, оливковое масло, также бутылка воды, печенье и молоко с джемом. Это очень удобно для путешественников, когда не нужно заботиться о таких повседневных мелочах. Предоставляется бесплатная подземная парковка, что тоже очень удобно. Однозначно рекомендую
− Ночами шумно из ближайшего бара, но это побочное явление. Если бы бар убирал на ночь столики с улицы, проблемы бы не было

9.0We particularly liked the South West Facing large roof top for the winter sunshine It was really nice to have a welcome pack. The instructions were really clear for location and access to the apartment. We will definitely stay there again

1.0Parking outside was good
− It was incorrectly advertised as being a ground floor apartment and it wasn't. It was dirty, scruffy, things were broken and definitely not dog friendly as it had a steep open staircase. Half a wardrobe was full of cleaning materials , the furnishings were cheap and old. The paintwork hadn't been touched for years. The key was left in a key safe down the road and was difficult to find and the apartment didn't have a number on it. Booked for 2 weeks and stayed 2 nights . Contacted the owner who became very defensive and spoke with Booking com. We were supposed to be moved but we never heard from the owner again and it was difficult to get up the steep stairs.

10.0Exceptional apartment in prime location. Walking distance of Garrucha with its many bars and restaurants.
Nice apartment, close to the beach.
9.0Great apartment, average size. But ok for a couple of days. The host was extremely helpful with additional information. He even organised a repair man on Friday night to fix a shutter. Fantastic. Shirt walk to a beautiful and not busy beach. Great popular café across the road.
− Possibly better instructions where the apartment is. The address in booking.com is misleading.
