Luxury and comfort in a perfect spot in the Cheshire countryside.
10.0The layout of the apartment is stunning and the terrace is beautiful. The whole place is really well equipped and the bath on the mezzanine is absolute luxury.
A weekend away
10.0This was a beautiful apartment with lovely views of Lymm from the terrace. It had everything we needed to self cater for our weekend.
− One of the bedrooms is on the small side. It was lovely and cosy but might bother some people.

6.0the owner met us at the property and showed us around , was clean great location and near facilities would recommend . Comfortable stay .
− just need some instructions to use oven as symbols have worn off on dial . cctv on roof top terrace not sure if thats needed /? Instructions on settings for washing machine too . Also to let people know if they are staying for longer that 7 days the optional cleaning fee is $200 for two hour clean or $70 for change of sheets only ,the cleaning fees on booking.com only covers exit clean ,so when guests are booking you should budget for cleaning for stay and take that into account unfortunately we had to exit our stay two weeks earlier due to son being ill neither booking.com or owner of accommodation helped with any reimbursement ,so maybe worth booking directly with accommodation itself .Either way both sides profited from us leaving the accommodation early .

PLEASE NOTE:
The apartment is monitored by a security system that tracks noise levels and monitors how many mobile devices are in the property. An alarm system is in place to alert the property owner if the noise level rises and the number of mobile devices rises above the number of guests booked so it is important that you notify us if you are planning on having visitors to the apartment. CCTV monitors the entrance and outside areas of the property.
The outdoor fireplace can be used but there is a charge of £15 to clean the fireplace and £15 per bag of logs used.
Could you kindly provide us with your estimated time of arrival and departure? Please keep in mind that standard check-in is from 15:00pm to 17.30pm and check out is until 11:00am.
