Ruhige Lage, die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen wird liebevoll zubereitet und schmeckt köstlich. Zur Erfrischung steht ein sauberer Pool zur Verfügung.

Terrible manager/owner, bug infested "apartments" (more like shacks)

The place could bring someone joyful memories of their vacation, with their Italian grandma, 30 years ago. That's how the place looks like. (I don't have these memories, nor the Italian grandma) It looked reasonably "clean" - read the disliked section. The kitchenette was reasonably equipped.

− TL;DR The apartment was infested with insects and we got SCAMMED BY THE OWNER AND THE BOOKING.COM that refused to compensate the remainder of the canceled night. The OBJECTIVE score for this place should be ~5/10. (also booking.com support seems to be now ignoring emails completely, leaving you without the answer, time to stop using this platform) First of all the manager lady is unhinged, passive aggressive, manipulative and detached from reality. Our shack (which is the right name for this kind of accommodation) was in need of renovation and we could look past that, if it wouldn't be swarming with stink bugs. Although it's a harmless bug, it's disgusting and smells really bad when squashed. At first we thought it's just 4-5 of these bugs, but we've lost count after 30th bug we removed during first evening there. They were everywhere, in bed, around it, in the kitchen, on the walls. "Apartment" was full of cracks from which they crawled out. We literally SET UP A TENT on the bed, to sleep through the first (of two) booked nights. When we mentioned that to the owner/manager next day we got informed it's a "biological farm" (not mentioned on booking.com) and they can't use chemicals - so I assume all the bedding and towels are not washed with detergent either. I politely asked to have my stay (JUST THE 2ND NIGHT) refunded, because we won't be staying there, to which she refused. She then sent a fake message (imitating a generic booking message) on booking chat repeating "that the second night is not cancellable" in a formal tone. When confronted about it and pressed, she eventually decided to refund JUST A PART of the 2nd night, when A FULL REFUND FOR THE WHOLE STAY AND APOLOGIES WOULDN'T BE UNREASONABLE IN THE SHAPE WE FOUND THE APARTMENT IN.

The Flat was simple but comfortable. Everything there that you might need. They even offer breakfast and dinner which was delicious and an exceptional experience. The surrounding absolutely stunning! There’s a pool, little playground with zipping, trampoline and swing. The hosts were especially friendly! We stayed there with young children and felt right at home.
