Nicht bloß sauber sondern rein!
10.0Es ist hier nicht einfach bloß sauber es ist wirklich wie geleckt. Ich lege großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und würde normalerweise einen Neubau bevorzugen, weil ich mich vor alten Dingen grusel. Aber der Besuch hier hat das für mich verändert: Es war so außerordentlich sauber, da konnte man die eigenen Zwänge gänzlich vergessen und sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und dabei überaus pünktlich und zuverlässig.
− Ein paar basics wie ein bisschen Salz und Zucker, vielleicht ein zusätzliches Handtuch und eine neue Duschbrause plus Schlauch würde ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch sehr begrüßen.

10.0sehr engagierter Vermieter,der sich um alles rührend kümmert und mir alles gut erklärt hat in der Wohnung.Er hat mich sogar bei der Abreise kostenlos zum Bahnhof gefahren.(hat geregnet und ich hatte schweres Gepäck). Sehr saubere,gemütlich und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohnlage mit schönen Villen und mit viel Grün .Supermarkt in der Nähe.Zum Bahnhof Dohna und S-Bahn Heidenau nur ca.20-25 Minuten zu Fuss.

8.0Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man benötigt.
− Leider gibt es kein Wohnzimmer mit Couch. Die Wohnung ist eher für Monteure geeignet. Sollte man sich also vorher besser informieren, was wir nicht getan haben.
