− Sale, pas de lit pour deux personnes seulement un canapé lit cassé trop petit pour dormir à deux et un lit 1 place, aux 5eme étages, douche très inconfortable et cassé, télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, ouverture de la porte avec appli uniquement, réponse fait avec un IA, aucun échange humain. Annonce très trompeuse car plusieurs appartement très différents sur la même annonce. VRAIMENT A FUIR, il faudrait que ce logement soit supprimé car vraiment pas agréable pour un couple.

THERE WAS NO BED FOR THE SECOND TRAVELLER, so I had to try to sleep on the dirty carpet!!!

− DO NOT BOOK FOR 2!: We booked for us two BUT THERE WAS ONLY ONE SINGLE BED! I had to try to sleep on the dirty carpets on the floor!!! We informed upon arrival that the main bearing structure of the old cheap sofabed had broken and it has sunk 15 cm from the middle and it´s so uncomfortable and dangerous that we can´t even sit on it. We asked to get at least one mattress on the floor, but they brought only a 1 cm thin topping. Booking.com is not what it used to be, they are suggesting returning 20% of our 300e payment for these 2 nights. The sink was clogged and the broken furniture had been picked up from the street. The worst accommodation experience ever. Also it took us 2 phones and a laptop to get the lock-system of the apartment to open.

− The main pic in the app dose not relate to the apartment i got, there are lots of pic from different apartments and you can not know what you order till the end🤦♂️ Second the bathroom was very smelly from the sink and you cannot move and shower inside ; the pictures are miss filing. One single bed was ok; The second bed was a broken sofa converted to bed. The TV control did not work. More over some part in the bath room wall was broken along with the sink tap and bad smell from the sink that you cannot be there. I txt the owner for all issues, he then by the end of the day answered that he put some material into the sink but he cannot fix it; when i came to the room i found the window of the room open !!! To clear the smell … that was his solution . I was very disappointment from Airbnb flat
