Bel appartement très bien situé pour visiter la région.
10.0Très bien situé pour visiter Milan, Como et les environs et à 3 minutes de la gare en voiture. L'appartement est bien équipé avec plusieurs balcons et stationnement disponible sur la rue. Hôte très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons fortement.

Great choice of apartment to stay in Monza. Would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending.
10.0We had travelled from Ireland, by ferry through France and on to Monza. We have family in Milan and chose this apartment as a base for visiting them. This apartment is a beautiful airy building. It is well-equipped with everything you are likely to require. A lovely large balcony to sit on. And attractive rooms. An absolute bonus for two avid readers is the amazing selection of books in both Italian and English. We availed of this option! Our Grandsons when they visited were delighted with that aspect also. The owners were charming and most obliging. Its an excellent location for all the attractions Monza has to offer. Safe street parking. And the excellent restaurant 'Monza 1931' is just around the corner, as is a good Osteria (Emiliana) and a very good shop 'Shang Hai Mercato' We could avail of all those without driving. Esselunga a very good supermarket option for our self catering needs. A few minutes by car,

6.0The location only because it was close for access to the Grand Prix.
− Even though I had seen the photos, they did not relay how basic and dated the apartment was. It was not totally equipped up for 4 people. The second bedroom's single beds were small so our friends slept in their own camper van! The kitchen did not have enough equipment in my view for 4 people and the veranda was dirty with only 2 seats to sit out. The stairwell leading to the apartment should have been an indicator how it was going to be. I was also shocked at how much I was charged for parking our vehicles on the property which seems strange as no one else could have parked there as we had the keys to the gate. I would not normally give a negative review but beautiful was a previous description on a review and that in our opinion is not a fair description! This property is very overpriced.
