I had a short stay in the unit and we really enjoyed the beach and the restaurants nearby.
9.0The unit is located right in front of the beach in the Haifa Bay. Its about 50m away, and the beach is very lovely! The unit is located around 15-20 minutes away from the Center of Haifa where you can see the Bahai gardens, museums and more. The owner is very responsive and nice to communicate.
− The unit is located on the third floor with no elevator, so if you come with lots of luggage, might be heavy and uncomfortable to get it all up.

We only stayed two nights. Forced to leave because of this poor conditions.
1.0we liked only the view . The building is rundown. The grass not kept, dirty and unkept. Stairs are dirty. Too narrow. Impossible for suitcases. Not a vacation apartment. A money pit. And at night it could be no safe to walk . Poor lighting.
− It could be better not tallow them to rent a place like that for vacation. Also people worked on other apartment so it wasn't relaxing nor peaceful. The worst issue was an oil smell at night from an under ground tanks which stinkiest the area.My husband got an athletic reaction that night.
