Stade ist eine Reise wert, die Wohnung könnte mit wenig Aufwand aufgewertet werden.
7.0Am besten war die tolle Lage zur Altstadt. Ebenfalls gut war die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung hat Potenzial.
− Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war verbesserungswürdig, da viele Spinnweben, Spinnen und Staub vorhanden waren. Leider wurden bekannte Mängel (sehr verschmutzter Teppich im Wohnzimmer, fleckige Couch im Wohnzimmer, defektes oberes Fach im Geschirrspüler (notdürftig mit Kabelbinder gängig gemacht), sehr schlechte Schlafcouch (also kein 2. Schlafzimmer) , Fahrradschuppen voller Spinnweben, ohne Licht und voller Müllsäcke. Schade, wäre gar nicht nötig!
