10.0Чудове розміщення, спокійний відпочинок. Великий, чистий басейн , в якому можна плавати навіть о 22:00 год . Кухня укомплектована. Гарний краєвид з вікна . Привітний господар. Ми самостійно підтримували чистоту (для нас це не було проблемою) розуміємо, що це не готель де вас обслуговують повністю, а апартаменти . В центрі міста є пральні машини щоб попрати рушники, одяг.
− У ванній кімнаті обовʼязково провести діагностику . Прибирати ретельніше перед новими туристами.

7.0Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter in deutscher Sprache im Vorfeld , ruhige Lage mit guter Aussicht , kann man weiter empfehlen mit leichten Einschränkungen wie bereits erläutert im Vorfeld.
− Keine Waschmaschine , war aber kein Problem gewesen haben öffentliche Einrichtung vor Ort mehrfach besucht gegen Gebühr , keine Treppenhausbeleuchtung über den gesamten Aufenthalt , keine persönliche persönliche Wohnungsschlüsselübergabe Schlüssel steckte von Innen in der Whg.-Tür bei Anreise und Abreise leider.

5.0Rutland Bay is very good place, but not every apartament
− In advert was that apatmanet is 63 square meters, 36 is more truth in my opinion, after arrive we found 2 big issues - one with electric - was repaired within 2 days, and one with bathroom sink wasnt repaired nad completely ignored. Aircon was only in livingroom, and leaked after 30 min of use, not any aircon in the bedroom, also in the bedroom wasnt any mosiquito nets, then sleeping when is hot outside wasnt so confortable there. Year ago we was in other apartament in the same complex, and it was great, to this one, we dont like to come back. My advice to the owner is check apartament before the season start, and fix the issues. Its not a high cost, but helping to spend a nice time for his customers.

10.0The apartament was very comfortable with nice, huge, swimmingpool. There was a garden too. Neighbourhood was quiet. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Apartament was close to the beautiful beach.
