9.0Любезен домакин, чист апартамент, сравнително тих, в комплекс с ограничен достъп и добра сигурност. Удобен за престой с деца. Магазини и ресторанти в близост. Доста далече е от центъра на Банско, но за любителите на дългите разходки е добре. Като партерен апартамент е доста хладен, което е добре в горещините, а при по-студено време има уреди за отопление.
− Добре е в кухнята да се сложи сушоар за съдове и кърпи за почистване на повърхностите (маса, кухненски плот). Липсваше и сушоар за дрехи - нямаше къде да се простират хавлии от плаж или баня.
