9.0Schön zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig - es war herrlich 😃
Wohnung war gut, nach 5 Tagen Wasserschaden/Umzug, inakzeptabler Wohnungseigentümer, K&K o.k.
1.0Selbstversorger, Lage war gut - zentral und ruhig,
− Wasserschaden, lediglich andere Wohnung aber keine Entschädigung, engstirniger Eigentümer Auszug Schriftwechsel mit K&K Ferienimobilien: Sehr geehrte Frau Schäfer, wie soeben telef. besprochen, weise ich, nach Rücksprache mit meinem Rechtsanwalt, auf folgenden Sachverhalt hin: Es ist zwar kein materieller Schaden entstanden, sehr wohl aber ein immaterieller in Form eines verlorenen Urlaubstages sowie folgender Aufwendungen: Fahrt zum K&K-Büro um den Wasserschaden in der Wohnung zu melden und eine Ersatzwohnung zu bekommen Kofferein- und -auspacken sowie deren Transport in die neue Ferienwohnung Einen Mehrwert durch die neue Ferienwohnung hatten wir nicht, da das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss nicht genutzt wurde. Hinweisen möchte ich, dass der Boden im Bad nur oberflächlich sauber war, da das Vorlegetuch beim aufwischen von Spritzwasser schwarz war… Der PKW-Stellplatz war sehr weit von der Ferienwohnung in der Rosenstr. 6 entfernt. Auf Grund der bekannten Mängel, durfte die Wohnung nicht vermietet werden, da bereits vorher bei Regen Wasser in die Ferienwohnung „Carli“ eingedrungen war. Bitte nehmen Sie nochmals Rücksprache mit dem Wohnungseigentümer, da eine Minimalentschädigung zwischen 50 – 100€ schon sein sollte. Von einer Bewertung bei Booking.com würde ich dann Abstand nehmen, ebenfalls von der Inanspruchnahme meiner Rechtsschutzversicherung. Denke, dass ich einen annehmbaren Vorschlag gemacht habe und verbleibe mit freundlichen Grüßen Winfried Erwes

9.0The property is very well appointed with quality and comfortable equipment. The apartment is in the picturesque old town and a short walk to the lakeside facilities.
− International tourists on short stays might not value the contract approach to ‘leasing’ - but we found the staff happy to work around that stricture.
