10.0Geklingelt, empfangen worden, alle Fragen umfassend erklärt. Freundlich, nett und aufgeschlossen. Kommunikation mir sehr guten Englisch, Deutsch wäre mit Einschränkungen möglich gewesen. Grüße an die junge Tochter: Wer so in der Fremdsprache Englisch kommuniziert, hat im Leben gewonnen! Coole Ferienwohnung, vor allem der Schnitt der Zimmer. Alles Nötige vorhanden. Kaufhalle mit großzügigen Öffnungszeiten nah. Sichere Fahrradunterstellung.

8.0Wielkość mieszkania, wyposażenie kuchni.
− Wybrałam ten obiekt między innymi dlatego, że był opisany jako „Apartament z widokiem na jezioro”. Niestety, określenie to jest mocno na wyrost i wprowadza gości w błąd. W praktyce jeziora praktycznie nie widać. Aby je dostrzec, trzeba stanąć na krześle i wyglądać przez okno dachowe albo usiąść w bardzo konkretnym miejscu w części kuchennej, skąd widoczne jest jedynie niewielkie jego fragment pod małym kątem. Uważam, że opis oferty powinien wiernie odzwierciedlać rzeczywistość. W tym przypadku zdecydowanie bardziej uczciwe byłoby określenie „częściowy” lub „ograniczony widok na jezioro”, a nie „apartament z widokiem na jezioro”.
