− 일단 결제할때까지 연락잘되었고 입주전 아무연락이없어서 연락했더니 그때부터 연락안됨. 전화번호는 연락안돼는 번호고. 주소는 그냥 정확위치가 아닌 대략주소라서 어딘지 찾을수가없음 booking 고객센터에 연락해서 연락취해봤는데 입주가 3신데 3시까지 연락돼지않아서 booking측에 메일로 환불요청했는데 환불도 아직 진행안돼는 상황. 최악입니다. booking의 컴플레인 걸때만해도 연락잘돼다가 환불요청하니 그때부터 메일회신이없습니다. 앞으로 48시간까지 연락돼지않을경우에 소송절차진행할예정입니다.
