La ubicación y la limpieza están fenomenal, encontramos productos en la cocina "especias, azúcar, café, aceite" la verdad es que es de agradecer

− La cerradura de la puerta de acceso a la habitación principal desde la calle está rota, hemos tenido que dormir con el temor de que entrasen intrusos y no hemos podido visitar la isla por miedo al robo de muestras pertenencias. Cuando le comento el incidente a la anfitriona, ésta me dice que ya sabe que ésa cerradura está rota 😯 y que la avise de nuestra hora de salida puesto que tiene que limpiar para el acomodo de los nuevos inquilinos. Se ve que piensa seguir alquilando sin reparar 😡🤬. Alquilar una casa en la que puede entrar un malhechor en cualquier momento no me parece ni normal. Deseo formalizar mi queja y la devolución de mi dinero.

The location was great - just up the road from all the bars and restaurants at the Marina in Puerto Calero, plus there's a brand new Superdino supermarket within walking distance of the property. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and the beds are super-comfy with memory foam mattresses. The shower is fantastic, and the property is just superb for a holiday. The pool area that the apartment looks over is quiet and it's clearly a more residential area with very few people there when we were there. One day, we had the pool to ourselves for the entire day. It was absolute bliss! The aircon in the living room is excellent and chills the room nicely, although the bedrooms can be a little hot in high summer as the cold air doesn't extend that far. The ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom helps a little, but the larger bedroom might benefit from a portable fan in the hot weather. Everything else is absolutely superb, however. Could not fault it, including the parking facilities which are reassuringly secure. I would definitely stay there again.

− The apartment was a little tricky to find at first. The satnav coordinates took us to somewhere nearby, not quite to the apartment, but a quick phone call sorted things out, the host's friend came and met us where we were and guided us to the apartment. Once you know where it is, it's simple as anything. This is the tiniest of negative points, otherwise everything was absolutely spot-on.
