Unheated apartment during a cold winter month, poor communication from host, no TV or WiFo
3.0The location of the apartment was very good, just a short walk to the main square. Sadly that is the only positive we have.
− The heating in the apartment was not on when we arrived, access to the heating system was behind a locked door so we were unable to turn it on, we tried to contact the host but they would not respond. So we were left to sleep in a very cold apartment during late November. In addition when we arrived there was no TV in the apartment, despite this being advertised. Please also be aware that check in is 16:30 and check-out is 10:00, I asked to check-in 1 hour early but this was declined. It was then very frustrating to find that the check in process was through a door code. Communication with the host throughout the booking process and our stay was non-existent. Note that the parking space is just off-road parking, there is no private space, however we were able to find a space without any issue.

10.0Really well appointed comfortable rooms. Final stop on a bike tour. Good quit street parking for bikes. Close to Menin gate.
