Nous avons bcp apprécié ce logement à Agaete, idéalement situé à proximité de Puerto de Las Nieves. Duplex spacieux et lumineux. Résidence très tranquille, magnifique vue depuis la terrasse.

Geweldige locatie om te hiken, lekker te eten of gewoon uit te rusten.

Prachtige en goed onderhouden appartement met 2 verdiepingen. Penthouse is prachtig met wijdse blik op de bergen en de zee. Snelste internet dat ik ooit gezien heb! Jammer van het appartement voor de zonsondergang, maar binnen 10 minuten lopen sta je aan zee met de zonsondergang. Visrestaurants binnen 15 wandelen. Heb jaren niet zo lekker geslapen in “vreemd” bed. Rain-douche ook heerlijk, en verder compleet met wasmachine en ondergrondse parkeerplaats.

− Een verbeterpunt zou een wasrek kunnen zijn om was te drogen als het regent. Dan wordt het een 10+

Excellent, we would gladly book again

The location was ideal and the apartment had almost everything we needed. The balcony and terrace were so nice with great views.

− It lacked hair dryer which was on the listing. The kettle button was broken so you had to keep hold of it for the entire boiling period. The host didn’t answer, when messaged on booking.

Abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura praticamente il giorno stesso,in quanto eravamo scappati da un altro b&b,sconvolti dalla camera che ci era stata assegnata. Nonostante ció siamo stati accolti subito e tempestivamente! La struttura in sè ha tanto ma tanto potenziale,una bellissima vista,vicino ad una scogliera meravigliosa. Un appartamento molto comodo con tutti i comfort possibili. Molto comodo anche il posto auto. Location molto suggestiva e tranquilla.

− Ci sarebbe da fare un pochino di manutenzione in più,in particolar modo in bagno.

Travaux dans l'appartement voisin, un vrai cauchemar!

− La locatisation et l'appartement en lui-même sont parfaits. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas été prévenu au préalable que l'appartement voisin était en travaux. Devoir supporter le bruit du marteau-piqueur ou des perceuses à partir de 8h du matin et jusqu'à 15h n'est tout simplement pas acceptable pour un appartement payé ce prix là. Tous contacts avec le contact du loueur, un certain Alejandro ont été inutiles, cette personne étant méprisante et n'ayant montré aucun intérêt à notre problème.
